Today is a great day to dive into this short course and give your journal and writing an airing.
You will be pleased that you did. Journaling and writing in a journal are cathartic and life-changing.
This course helps you to find out your why and gives you a process to follow so that you become the journaler you want to.
Course structure
We start by looking at what journaling is and then get you started on your journaling journey and writing each day.
After you have done your first 14 days, it's time to dive into another 14 days of insightful and inspiring journaling prompts.
At the end, you are invited to reflect on what you have learned, and hopefully, you will be hooked and raring to continue.
Both journaling and reflecting are immensely healing activities in themselves.
How long will it take?
You are encouraged to journal for 28 days to create a good habit. The exercises are designed to get you thinking and for you to a) follow in a linear fashion or b) randomly try things - if this is your way.
Why take this course?
This course is for anyone who feels 'stuck' with journaling and just wants to get going and have a way to kick-start the process and support their mental health and healing.

I have had some dark moments, from stuff in childhood to leaving a man living a double to a run-down house in Spain with my dogs. A fractured spine with other complications shook the foundations of my being. Life likes a joke and when I discovered that I had a precancerous blood condition, I thought F t, I am going to live my best life.
When I learned to love and like myself, that was when I was able to declutter and say yes to life.
I want you to know that you are capable of achieving great things and that you possess the power within you to create the life you desire. When you believe in yourself and your abilities, you can overcome any obstacle that comes your way.
It is my hope that you will find the courage to step into your greatness and live a life filled with purpose, passion, and inner peace. Remember that you are worthy of all the love, joy, and success that the world has to offer. Embrace your strengths, and trust in yourself to navigate the journey ahead.

Working with me is practical, immersive, soulful, experiential and fun. I love creating sacred spaces where we can honour who we are.
I hold an MBA from The University of Glamorgan, an ILM level 7 Executive Coaching certificate and an NLP Practitioners certificate. Prior to becoming a coach, I taught Executive Leadership, Assertiveness Skills and Knowledge Management. I have served in senior marketing management roles in the IT and manufacturing sectors.
