Hi, I’m Dale, and I’m a writer and a journal coach. I help my clients turn their stories, transformations, and ideas into content-rich journals and other content that can support their clients, build their brands, and grow their businesses.

I’m passionate about journaling and writing because writing has helped me heal and grow for over 30 years. Not only do I love to journal and write, but I also love creating personal growth journals. I also use them in my coaching, courses, and client support.

Journaling and writing are powerful tools for growth, healing, and change. I have a deep understanding of how they work, and I can guide you with your journal ideas and how to structure, write and publish them.

Content-rich journals are a fast and interactive way to create change and transformation with your clients. And they are so much easier to write than a book.
